We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
To quickly get the item you want, the best option is to:

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, for any reason, without needing to justify the return.
Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
This 14-day period overrides our standard 30-day return policy.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
